Legarret Blount : The Best player

LeGarrette Blount rushed 18 times for 78 yards and three touchdowns in the Patriots’ 51-17, Week 3 stomping of the Jaguars.
Blount didn’t see the field until midway through the second quarter, but predictably filled the clock-killer role for the Patriots’ offense, playing a much bigger role than he did in his Week 2 debut. The Jaguars made Blount look like Bo Jackson, as he also added a 14-yard reception.

All three of Blount’s touchdowns came from one yard out. Dion Lewis is still starting for the Patriots and playing a ton of snaps, but this is the role Blount will likely fill as the goal-line back and clock killer. New England is running a ton of empty sets, spreading defenses out with no running back. The Patriots are 3-0 heading into their bye week.
